Looks promising but the lack of warranty and/or repair support turns me off.

And somehow he's the only guy to figure out how to sneak it past the US govt? Doubtful.

Sharp looking truck though, man. Give me the 310 lb-ft diesel and the 6 speed, but I bet that's approaching a hefty penny.

Great trucks, saw a ton of them while I was in Germany in past june, but I simply don't see a way this is legal haha.

I was gonna say that it has the same engine as the Transporters so there'd be no trouble getting parts.. then remembered you guys don't get them either.

I've been in a couple now, they're nice enough, a bit too expensive for a work ute in my opinion.

I was under the impression that if a vehicle was modified to meet all applicable us safety and emissions regs, and you pay a fee, then it could be privately imported? Maybe my reading of the import laws is incorrect tho.
